Built to a higher standard

Not Every Plumbing
Company Is The Same.

Homeowners often assume all plumbing companies operate under the same requirements. They do not.

Stars & Stripes Plumbing is built on professional licensing, trade experience, accountability, and a commitment to protecting the health, safety, and long-term performance of your home.

The standard behind the work

What separates us from the rest.

Our foundation

Built On Experience.
Guided By Standards.

Our foundation

Homeowner first

Every homeowner wants the same thing when inviting a company into their home.

Clear communication. Quality workmanship. Honest recommendations. Confidence that the job is being handled correctly.

At Stars & Stripes Plumbing, those principles shape how we approach every project, from a simple repair to a major plumbing installation.

Professional licensing

Credentialed for the work we
do.

◉ Primary trade credential

Plumbing Contractor
License

Our primary trade credential. This license is specifically tied to the plumbing systems we design, repair, replace, and maintain for homeowners throughout Snohomish County.

License number
STARSSP762L8
Washington State

Supporting Credential

General Contractor License

Additional licensing that supports broader project oversight and home improvement work when required.

License number
STARSSP746LB
Why this matters

The credential behind
the trade.

Many homeowners assume all contractors hold the same credentials. In Washington State, different licenses exist for different types of work.

As a Plumbing Contractor, Stars & Stripes Plumbing is specifically focused on plumbing systems and the responsibilities that come with performing plumbing work.

We also maintain a General Contractor license to support broader project needs when required.

Most homeowners are not looking for license classifications. They simply want confidence that the company they hire understands the systems they work on and stands behind the results.

Founder & background

Built by a
Journeyman
Plumber.

Founder credential

Journeyman plumber

United States Navy

⚓  Seabee veteran

Stars & Stripes Plumbing was founded by Trevor Riendeau, a Journeyman Plumber and Navy Seabee veteran.

The company was built on the same principles that guided military construction work:

  • Preparation.
  • Accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Long-term reliability.

Those values continue to influence how we approach plumbing systems, customer communication, and the responsibility of working inside someone’s home.

Our values

The principles that guide
every job.

I

Can Do

Finding solutions when challenges arise instead of looking for excuses.

II

Attention To
Detail

Taking the time to do things correctly, not simply quickly.

III

Accountability

Standing behind our work and taking responsibility for the results.

IV

Service Before
Self

Putting homeowners first and treating people with respect.

Why it matters

Protecting more
than pipes.

A plumbing system impacts daily life in ways most homeowners rarely think about.

Water quality. Safety. Sanitation. Comfort. Efficiency. Long-term home value.

Our goal is not simply to complete repairs. Our goal is to help homeowners understand their plumbing system, identify concerns when they exist, and provide information that helps them make confident decisions.

You remain in control

Our job is to inform.
Your job is to
decide.

We believe the homeowner should remain in control throughout the process.

Our responsibility is to explain findings, answer questions, provide options, and help you understand the condition of your plumbing system.

Your responsibility is deciding what is right for your home, your priorities, and your budget.

We believe informed homeowners make the best decisions for their families.

Our standard

The Stars & Stripes Standard.

QUESTION 5 OF 6

To provide accurate recommendations, we perform evaluations on-site. We do not provide ballpark pricing or phone estimates because every plumbing system is different. Our goal is to provide real answers, not guesses. Do you understand that accurate pricing requires an on-site evaluation?

QUESTION 6 OF 6

Most residential service visits include a standard dispatch and evaluation fee. Some situations may require additional diagnostic services — leak investigations, tankless water heater diagnostics, complex water heater troubleshooting, sewer camera inspections, or advanced system testing. Any additional diagnostic fees will always be explained before work begins. Do you understand?
